“I have seen a few reviews that said the back strap did not work for them, but I am so glad I gave it a shot! These fit me perfectly. I am an 8.5/9, so I got the 9 and it fits wonderfully. The back strap has a concealed elasticized/stretchy bit which helps with the fit, putting it on, etc.
These have been perfect for work, which is the main reason I got them, because they are nice enough to wear to more formal occasions while being very comfortable to wear and stand in for long periods of time. I am seriously considering buying more colors.
When I went for a short-ish walk (just under 2000 steps), I did notice that the back strap sits somewhat lower on the back of my foot/heel than I would typically go for. It has not been a problem for me, but I have not gone on any super long walks yet with them on because I am not sure how they will feel if I try to do anything fast or athletic. I think these would work well for ambling around in a city or on a boardwalk even for a long time as long as the pace is fairly easy, but am not sure they would work for more high-paced exercise.”
