“Good morning, I would like to leave a positive review but under the circumstances let me explain why it will be otherwise. I wore my shoes for three weeks mostly on an indoor court and they got a hole in the toe area that fast.
Also, the way the shoe is made brings numbness to my fourth and fifth toes and the outside ball of my foot on a consistent basis. I thought it was just that one particular pair of shoes. You replaced them with a new pair. I was hoping the new pair would be more comfortable and not cause the numbness. I’ve wore them twice now and within the first half an hour of playing the numbness returns. When I wear another pair of shoes this does not happen. Since then I’ve developed a problem with my left foot and have to take time off of Pickleball to let it heal. I can no longer wear the shoes. I would love to return them for a refund but I’m not sure of your policy. I do love the sandals that I bought from you at the same time and I am wearing them in the meantime till my foot heals.
