“Received a replacement pair under the warranty program. They are the same size I always wear, but these are really uncomfortable. They appear shorter than my last pair and the straps are carving into my foot. I've owned several pairs of flip flops and sandlas and they're always been very comfortable right out of the box. This pair has been miserable and they don't seem to be breaking in.”
