“I love their style AUKAI and been wearing them since they 1st came out. And early December they were on their website, But I needed to wait to order. When I went to order the BEST slipper ever AUKAI they were totally gone off their website! I was bummed and thought this is another company that has sold out once again or they have someone resizing their shoes and slippers (Hawaiian not fuzzy ones you wear in the hale)!. I went barefoot as a child and teen most the time and have no arches, so thats why the AUKAI SLIPPER IS THE BEST EVER i have found. So, I thought and looked over and over the website and tried calling a few times and could not speak to anyone like so many years ago. I wanted to check before I ordered the Southshore style. But no one had a clue about details of the Southshore. And I couldn't speak to a supervisior period. So I went ahead and took a chance & ordered it. It arrived and this style was not designed to be a true size 9. Its so sad how the company keeps getting rid of some their great styled shoes and slippers like the AUKAI Slipper and adding new styles that are sized down. Very disapointed! Hawai'i is my home, but I currently live in Australia and Olukai still won't send their products out of the USA! My feet have loved Olukai for a few decades and had to come back with no Olukai shoes. Also for overall fit and width it was small and narrow.”
