I bought both so she could try them both on and pick the best fit, she kept the 8. When I went to return the 9 I get slapped with a $5 return fee. NO ONE ELSE DOES THIS OLUKAI. Are you nuts? You made $40 on the sale of the shoe I kept. That's how you pay for the occasional shipping, you still have $35...and if anything charge only those customers who return a shoe and don't buy one...I have bought 7 pasirs from Olukai in the last 2 years.
