“They are too small and too heavy. Your Customer Service gets an F I have been trying to return them for over a week and all I get is emails saying aloha advertising your shoes. You cannot speak to anyone in Customer Service. All you do is text back-and-forth get told that within 24 and 48 hours. Someone will get back to you texting. I’m sure and nothing happens. I want a refund and it seems it’s impossible to receive.”
