“I’ve been really enjoying my Omni Juicer so far, and overall I’m happy with it. I did, however, notice two things that I think could be improved.
Firstly, the bristles on the cleaning brush have started coming off. I’m not sure if this is specific to the brush I received or if it’s a common issue, but I’m concerned that the brush may not last very long. It would be helpful to know whether this is something that should be replaced or if there is a more durable brush available.
Secondly, I think the manual could provide more guidance on the three different strainers. It would be really helpful if it clearly showed which strainer is best suited for different fruits and vegetables, perhaps with pictures or a simple guide. For example, I initially used the same strainer for carrots and oranges, but the orange juice came out extremely thick, almost sorbet-like. I also had to experiment with different strainers when juicing beetroot to figure out which one worked best.
Maybe I missed the information in the manual, but I couldn’t find a clear guide explaining which strainer should be used for which types of produce. Having a visual guide would make the juicer much easier to use, especially for first-time users.
Other than these points, I’m enjoying my juicer and I think these are relatively simple improvements that could make the experience even better.”
