“Product arrived nicely packed and have been very busy since arrival. The 4l jug works so well for large quantities as well as small batches. The motor still smells of plastic and sometimes bounces around but gets easier when contents is adjusted. The 4l durable jug is really big and often cumbersome with daily handling especially if you have kids who are learning to do some things for themselves and family often.So if you're like me feeling and watching how they struggle to stretch over the gigantic jug,I would suggest picking up the 1.5l jug preferably the 1.5lnarrow base for piece of mind and for ease when processing smaller items, which is what I intend to do, hopefully I can get a good discount on the jugs from now to November. I am happy with my purchase as it has performed evry single task given so well and I hope it stays that way.
Why 4stars? It would have been a 5star for me but since the product didn't come with a recipe book as said in the descriptions,I even took time to call the customer service for it and was told they ran out of the printed booklets,I was even promised to receive the link for the e-copy in a few minutes which never happened till tomorrow. This, as small as it might sound,made me worry, if you couldn't keep small promises, how much more ..well, time shall tell.
Well,do I recommend this product? Yes!! But woul i vouch for this brand?, Well, i am yet to find out.”
