“I purchased a part that had 2 years warrantly and paid postage, the part was a front hub for a 2001 Commodore, through communication I was asked to purchase a new part (as per quote) and return the faulty part, new part fitted nearly 3 weeks ago and noise gone, had to pay postage for the replacement part and postage for returning the faulty part, I have not received a refund at all for the part or the cost of 2 postages, have not even heard from your company regarding the issue even though I left a note in the return package with email, phone number and receipt for postage costs. I have purchased several items from your company but if this is normal practice, not any more!”
