“Not as described and looks cheap”

“Shopping on this site has been a poor experience. No tracking information sent, delivered to the wrong address (if at all) due to warehouse problem. Eventually they (re)sent it. Very disappointed. Description says reclaimed wood but it is reconstructed wood chips and photographed pattern. I cant bear going through the process of sending it back so I will give them to charity. It is probably against the trade description Act depending on how you define each term.”
