“Nothing would give me greater pleasure than to post a photograph of the item I purchased on 30/11/20, however due to your use of the most incompetent carrier probably in the world here we are at 14/12/20 and the item has still not been delivered. Your courier, GLS says, "The parcel is stored in the parcel centre. It cannot be delivered as the goods are excluded from transport by GLS terms & conditions.” No doubt Covid 19 will be blamed, however given that every other reputable courier has visited my area since this item was ordered I can only suggest you engage one of them. So sorry I have to give such a bad rating. I suggest before asking for one you check that the goods have been delivered.”

Hi Ian, unfortunately we were not aware of the issue until your review as the shipping of the orders is done directly by the manufacturer. However, now we are aware we have asked them to investigate why it is held and ensure that it is dispatched ASAP to you.
