“The wrong order was delivered, with another name and order number on it, but my name and address on the delivery label. Very poorly packaged too. I ordered 4 chairs to add to my own for a long looked forward to family reunion. The wrong order arrived in time but when I immediately contacted Only Home to point this out, although customer services of Onlyhome was extremely helpful, they had to contact the seller who would not send out the correct order until I had returned the wrong item. This meant no chairs for my family gathering, which considering the sellers mistake was poor. So I returned the item and cancelled my original order. Onlyhome were helpful, but beware...they are dependant on the 'sellers' they associate with. A very poor experience!!”
