“Great product (British made Yearn mirror), experience only marred by: L-O-N-G leadtime :-( Having to make full payment upfront :-( Promised pre delivery 'phone call from 'specialist delivery team' never happened, actually no notification of delivery made AT ALL. Guy just rocked up at the door one evening - thankfully, due to Covid - we were in to receive it :-(”

Thanks for getting in touch although I apologise about the lack of contact from the courier, that should not have happened and I will take this up with them. As with most online retailers though, when you are purchasing a hand-made to order item they do require payment upfront and when it is hand-made it does take longer to manufacturer and ship. It is clear that you are happy with the quality though and again that is one of the benefits of getting that extra level of service from the manufacturer.
