“Poor: took 8 weeks for mirror to arrive Poor: DHL kept texting me that they were going to deliver the mirror. Two different days arrived and no sign of a delivery, so had to get in contact with customer services Excellent: OnlyHome Customer Services Rep couldn't have been more helpful Poor: Mirror arrived damaged :(”

Hi Andy, please accept our apologies on behalf of the seller and the courier for the issues with your order. Although it is great to hear that our own in house team have been so helpful, it is never good to hear that our 3rd party suppliers and their chosen couriers have let us down and I will be taking this up with them. I hope it hasn't put you off shopping with us again.
