Thanks for your review, we are so pleased that you like your chairs. We are sorry that you were not happy with the delivery. As was detailed on our delivery page, due to warehouse closures over the Christmas period, orders were not being processed until Tuesday 2nd January. We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days and I can only apologise again that yours was dispatched after 6 days on this occasion.
