“Chair arrived in broken box/packaging, so had to check if product was not broken or damaged. Discovered the fixings were missing to attach the legs to the seat. Immediately text to inform onlyhome who responded very quickly to say they would get the suppler to send the fixings ASAP. Ten days later and we have not yet received anything. We will return the chair if they don’t arrive on Monday.”

Hi Frank, I can only apologise about this. We were advised by the seller that the missing parts were sent out the same day as you contacted us originally. As we hadn't heard anything since then we were under the impression you had received them. We have spoken with the seller today who confirmed they did send them, so they must be lost in the post, and they are now organising a further set to come out. Please do get in touch with the support team if you have any further problems.
