“Hi Jack, In September of 2019, I believe my company placed its first t-shirt order with ONNO. There was an issue with shipping but our teams worked to resolve it and it turned out to be a win-win for each party. The quality of the bamboo shirts were superb. In May of 2024, I purchased a few tagged bamboo shirts but did not like how they looked after a few washes, they were not smooth and silky like the shirts I purchased in 2019. In case you were wondering, I did follow the care instructions. I did not complain or return the items because I saw that you all were making supplier changes and I thought the issue may have been a one-time thing. In March of this year I placed another order for untagged bamboo shirts and I was disappointed with the quality and color of two of the shirts upon arrival so I returned them. I received a refund for the items but I had to eat the cost of the return and I do not agree with having to do that because the products were flawed. I hope that the quality issues will be worked out because my customers and family have loved your shirts in the past. After the March order I am hesitant to make another purchase. The 2019, shirts were the best and to this day, many of them still look great! I hope my confidence can be restored in your products.”
