“Great quality shirt, however it said the sizes run small which doesn't seem to be true. My son wears a L, so I ordered an XL for him and it was too big. It seems the sizes are just what they're supposed to be.”
“I’m giving 5 stars purely based on customer service. The shirt itself didn’t fit me but that’s ok, it’s hard finding the right sizing sometimes. They immediately sent me a size up without charging me for it and they didn’t ask for me to return the original shirt before they sent it. Unfortunately the second one they sent me didn’t fit either. I offered to return both and they told me to donate them to someone in need and that they would immediately refund my money. Had the money in my bank the next day. That’s how you do business. This company gets it and it’s honestly a breath of fresh air after dealing with the nightmare of returns and exchanges from 99% of online clothing stores.”
“All of my TShirts are ONNO brand. After wearing my first t-shirt from their company I find that I am unable to wear any other t without comparing it to ONNO bamboo ~ or Hemp. They are so darn comfortable. In the Florida heat they are cool and perspiration evaporates quickly. The wash and wear quality of these shirts is also of significance. JUst wash it and hang it ona hanger - quick drying and no ironing necessary.”
“These t-shirts are definitely in my top three. The fabric is comfortable and the shirt fits perfectly, form fitting in the shoulders and arms - and relaxed through the mid section. I give ONNO a 9 on the product and a 10 in customer service! I had to make some changes to my order and ONNO’s customer service went above and beyond.
