“I tried a bamboo shirt for the first time and found I didn't care for it as much as I do your pima shirts, which I love! The return process was amazing and I now have a pima version of that shirt. The whole return experience was great. Thank you for treating me so well. I love your shirts and your customer service concept. I wish all companies appreciated my business as you do. “The fabric is comfortable, though I haven't had the shirt long enough to assess its durability. The problem for me is that the sleeves are about 3/4" to an 1" too short. They may be adequate for a woman or man of below- average height. But for a taller man, the sleeves look silly. A few pennies worth of additional fabric would make a big difference!”
