“I love these shirts! And customer service is stellar! I wrote and asked if I could exchange my shirt for a smaller size and within 24 hours I had a response saying we’re sending you the smaller size. Please keep the one you have and when the smaller size is delivered try them both on and let us know which one you want to keep and we’ll handle it from there. The only downsize is I did reply to the email that they told me to reply to, and I haven’t heard back from them yet, but after I do this review, I’m gonna go and email them again and ask them how to return the T-shirt that doesn’t fit me. I say customer service is stellar because I’ve never had a company tell me to keep the one you have try on the new one and then send back the one that doesn’t work for you. I have two shirts in hemp and a long and short sleeve in bamboo. They wash well and get softer the more you wash them. I have four shirts, but only two fit because I lost 36 pounds since Christmas, but I still wear the other ones in the house for exercise when I want to be comfortable and I would just say $54 for a T-shirt but yeah, they’re worth it.”
