Fortunately, ONNO has excellent customer service! I received a new shirt in a size medium to try within just a few days and it fit perfectly (not too loose, not too tight). “This is a beautiful T-shirt! Very soft and a nice light weight. I have washed and line-dried it, and it kept its shape and did not shrink. I am older, so I opted to go up a size so that the T-shirt would not be too form-fitting. I will be a loyal customer going forward for sure. The only thing I would change would be to make it tagless.”
