“I purchased a size small cotton tee using the size chart and it was too small and very thin/see through so I asked for a return/medium bamboo tee. I was impressed when I got a response saying don't send the original back until you receive the exchange so they could save on shipping. When I got the exchange tee/bamboo it was too big so I asked to send both tees back. I got an email saying just keep both and donate them. I gave the cotton tee to my daughter and she wore it twice and when I went to wash it it had holes in the front around the belly button area. Quality is very poor:( I gave the bamboo one to a neighbor so I can't say what the quality is like. From my experience I'd say $38 for a tee that you can only wear twice is not a good deal.”

“These are the best tees, super soft and the fit is great. I originally bought small, washed them and they shrunk in the dryer so was disappointed. But ONNO exchanged by tees for size M (even though I had washed them!) and now they are perfect! Excellent customer service and I will be buying more in the future”
