“I wanted a shirt I could go hiking in, but also look nice enough to go out. This is that shirt. The large seemed a little big, I decided to size down. Customer Service promptly sent a medium and said I should wait to exchange the large. When the medium arrived, i was happy to still have the large, it was the better fit. Narie, from Customer Service then diected me to donate the medium shirt to someone who could use it. What an AMAZING company!!! Great product and they are KIND!!”
