“Soft, lightweight and cool. I decided the small was a bit tighter than I wanted for a 200 mile pack hike in Portugal so I requested an exchange and without question their customer service sent out the next size before I even returned the original shirts. Very pleased with product and service.”

I was surprised to find out that you don't do exchanges. A few of the colors look different at home then they do online. Many of the shirts, even the white ones, look a little more blue. Perhaps it's the camera or the backdrop? In any case I wanted to exchange the colors and instead you gave me credit and asked me to donate the shirts I didn't care for. I felt a little bad because I in no way wanted to take advantage of your company. Although very generous and community minded, if the market is competitive I have to wonder if this business decision is costing you money.
One thing I would like to see is some V neck tees that are sized smaller for petite women. I am 5 foot tall and have a short torso. There is very little distance between my collar bones and my clevage. A typical V neck will be way too low for my comfort. (Lanky models look great in them though!)
