I am an older woman (mid 60's) and purchased 1 bamboo tee and 1 hemp tee. I really enjoy both, the bamboo is extremely comfortable and cool in the Georgia heat. But I feel the hemp is better suited to me with a bit more fabric coverage for my aging body and I love the cardinal red color. I wear both, and have washed and dried (on low heat) both several times with a slight bit of shrinkage which improved the fit for me. I am normally either an L or XL in tees depending on the company. I bought both in XL and the fit was more generous than I expected, although not oversized or sloppy. If you are between sizes and prefer a more fitted tee go down, or if you prefer a looser fit go up and you won't have to worry about any shrinkage in the drier. I think these tees are great basic staples to my jeans and tees typical attire and I think they will also be great as a layer under sweaters and sweatshirts. I am so tired of the puffy sleeve shirts offered so much these days! Cheers to the basics!
