“While I eventually decided that the shirt was not perfect for me, I can say that the customer service is top notch; thoughtful, courteous and very responsive. The quality of the shirt is excellent but I did not care for the color, labeled blue charcoal but basically dark gray, and the styling of the neck, too open for me. Rather than ship it back, they immediately credited me and told me to keep it and pass it on.”
