Thank you so much for taking the time to offer feedback. Our Hemp shirts start off a little more rough than our others because of the material but soften up beautifully after a few washes. If you still aren't loving yours after giving it a wash or two definitely send us an email and we will get things fixed up. Warmly, Elyse
