“They sent me a bamboo shirt instead of the beechwood shirt that I ordered. When I asked customer support, they said "We are transitioning away from bamboo to beechwood...As we transition from bamboo to beechwood, we're not sure which shirt you will get." I didn't order a "get what you get" shirt. I ordered one of each (bamboo, beechwood, and hemp) so that I could try the different fabrics and see which ones I like. Instead I got 2 bamboo and one hemp. I won't be ordering any more shirts from Onno, because they don't even know which shirts they're selling.”
