“I ordered a lyocell shirt, but Onno sent me one made of 100% cotton. When I requested a refund, the CSR responded, oddly, that she was sorry the shirt "didn't work out." Of course it didn't work out, it was the wrong shirt. She didn't acknowledge or take responsibility for that.
An additional problem for me is that the sleeves are about 3/4" to an 1" too short. They may be adequate for a woman or man of below- average height. But for a taller man, the sleeves look silly. A few pennies worth of additional fabric would make a big difference!”

It’s hands down, the best t-shirt I’ve ever owned. I bought one to test it out. It’s very comfortable, didn’t shirk at all in the wash, and fits perfect. I am not a huge fan of doing laundry, so I’ll be ordering 6 more today! I’ll be covered for the whole week!”
