“Gentle, calming sleep supplement. It doesn't hit me the way melatonin does and it doesn't make me feel drowsy at all. I still fall asleep at my usual time. But when I do sleep, it is restful through the night.”

“Having issues sleeping, and started taking this with Calm magnesium and tart cherry capsules. Still working through the routine, and have only been taking it for a few weeks, but feeling that I'm sleeping a little bit longer each night. So far so good.”
