I have notice a difference with my energy leaves and a more stable mindset, meaning I complete tasks without running out of steam mentally and/or physically. “I have been feeling lethargic/unenergetic. Not getting great sleep which can be a contributing factor, but need the feeling to stop. This was suggested by a staff member and I'm so glad I listened. Noticed a difference on my third day. Can't take a second one in the afternoon as I have trouble falling asleep. But will continue on and see how it goes.”
