I'm on the VLCD range but have lost no weight in 4 weeks in, despite maintaining exercise routine and implementing shakes to replace2-3 meals a day. Feel good though, not bloated or heavy, but no weight loss at all.
Cost is always the downside of these types of products. Buy 3 get 1 free is great but in this economy the cost is still too high, especially if you're not seeing weight loss results, an acceptable expectation of VLCD.”
