“I highly recommend purchasing the variety pack to see which flavour shakes you like best. For example, Banana and Espresso aren't flavours I would consider buying but I must say they hold up well compared to other brands. I didn't find any of the flavours sickly sweet, which can be the case with alternative brands.”
