“We’ve had the camera for about three years now and I just bought another one for my second child. Absolutely love how clear it is and the fact it has the option to record small videos when there is movement (this has regularly provided us with laughs watching my son) My only issue with it is the app has recently been taking the camera offline a lot and one of my new cameras now isn’t registering on the monitor or the app at all, I’ve reset all devices and still no luck I’ve had to go back to my old spare camera. Also I have an iPhone 16 and I can’t pair the devices on my phone had to use my partners older camera.”

“Great choice! Quality Camera! Very happy with the purchase of this product. It is extremely easy to set up and love the tilt abilities is convenient. Connection is always strong and can use not only the monitor but has the option to add to your phone via the app helps when wanting to view where ever you are located. The speaker fuction is clear and great that you can use tuis to help sooth your child is very helpful. There is no other camera and monitor I would purchase. If you are looking for a baby monitor this is the one for you.”

“I really wanted to love this product, the handset was a great size with seemingly good features however it was soon obvious the camera did not actually function as claimed. It did not have motion detection which was listed in the description (customer service confirmed this). And many of the buttons did not work properly or would frequently stop working. The returns process was also a nightmare despite the item being faulty I still had to pay to return the item in order to get a refund and then was charged a restocking fee. This item should be removed from the market to be honest, it becomes a safety issue when you expect a device to alert you when your baby is awake or distressed and this product does not do that.”
