“Still very difficult to use. Has to many options which is confusing for the elderly. To many gadgets to understand. I probably wouldn’t purchase again.”

“Bought this handset for elderly father inlaw and he seems to really like it. He is hard of hearing and his eyesight isn't that great anymore - so this handset is perfect. Thank-you.”

“Very disappointed with the product. It was purchased for an elderly family member who is hard of hearing and wears hearing aids. The sound quality is terrible and have had to revert to old phone as this product does not meet requirements.”
