“Was very excited to receive the headset, but unfortunately it's a dud. Works for about 5 minutes and then goes silent. Would like a refund.”

“Have had a pair for my hard-of-hearing father in aged care. It works well for listening to the TV or talking to him, but the ear tips have been falling off and getting lost. The unit comes with some spares but you cannot buy additional ones, and instead we have had to buy a whole new unit (on special) essentially just for the ear tips.”

“It works very well and I am impressed with it. The only thing I have found is that the earplugs are pressing a bit tight on my ears and make one ear a bit sore. I think you need to be able to adjust the width of the ear piece without making it too loose in your ears. Other than that , great.”
