“Great customer support. Easy exchange for a smaller size. I tend to like my clothes a little baggy so I bought my typical jacket size large (5'4 and 130). It was ok as a vest, but I didn't feel like I got the benefit from the heating coils when I tried it on so I exchanged for the medium. It is more of a fitted appearance (but not too tight) and looks/feels great and the jacket feels wonderful. I had several update emails from customer support along the way during the exchange.
