“The vest never worked. They replaced it two times. Once they realized it was the battery they wanted me to buy a new battery at $99 and they sent me a $10 coupon off to buy the battery. Needless to say, I’ll not buy any anymore from them.”

“I would not buy this open-box product unless you are exremely confident of your size. It was smaller than expected and does not fit. Now we have a heated vest that doesn't fit and cannot be returned even though all we did was try it on and put it back in the bag and now we're out $200 because we bought two different vests. :(”
