“I live inPa. Very cold this winter> i workout outside every fourth day. My dayghter bought a fleet vest for her daughter who rides her horse outside all winter. She said she is never cold and i should get one. I took her advise and bought one. I should have done that a long time ago. It keeps me warm for the whole workout. The workout is rowing + riding a bike. My thought is if you are outside for some time in the cold get one you wont be sorry. RICH .”
