“Bought this for my wife who has Reyanud's in her extremities. I was hoping the core warmth would help and it seems to have. The heat is not really powerful. We were not expecting heating pad strength, but it was not even close to that. Still, she is happy with the purchase. The neck closure is quite tight and can feel constricting.”
