“I purchased this jacket on clearance and was pleased with how warm it actually is. I thought that being a jacket, it wouldn’t be a very heavy jacket or useful in the winter. It is actually decently heavy and can be used as a winter coat. I like the hood and that you can zip the collar up to cover your mouth and chin. Now to what I wasn’t impressed with. The website said they recommend the fit to be tight so as to keep the heat close to your body. I took my measurements and, according to the sight I should have gotten and XL but the largest size sold is a large. The large fits loosely and makes me wonder if a medium would have been better (I’m 5’2 180lbs, 38D). The coat heats up quickly, but the heat fades in and out. There were times when it felt like it shut off automatically, but then would warm up again. Overall, I give it four stars because even without the heat, it’s a great quality coat.”
