“Hello. I love the jacket and so does my wife but it appears to be a little too big. I wish I could maybe exchange for a medium but it was an open box so my understanding is that I can't return it for a smaller size. My wife is normally a large so I thought it would work. It works perfect and is very stylish but one size too big.”
