“The button on my original vest (est 3 yrs old) decided to stop working, even though the battery worked. I did not have a receipt since the vest was a gift. I contacted the company and they tried to help me locate a receipt or record to no avail. They were kind enough to give me a discount code and I was able to purchase a new vest without a battery. It works great! I am so happy to have a working Ororo vest again!”
“I wore the vest once for about an hour. This is my second vest the other one I wear all the time and have no issues. The new once I wore to shovel snow with a sweatshirt over it. It worked great till I went inside and took it off only to notice three tears on the left side and one on the right hip area. I emailed Ororo and unfortunately this isn't covered. I would give it 5 stars if it lasted as long as my other one.”

“The quality of this heated vest far outweighs the others I've had in the past however i am having a hard time understand who designed the placement of the battery pack. I understand not wanting it to be in the back where it could make sitting uncomfortable but whoever designed this vest placed it at the left hip which makes wearing it under a coat nearly impossible and also it just feels weird. It really makes more sense to have it in/around the pocket on either the left or right side. I hope this is considered for future design”

“I found this runs a little slim through the hip but normal through the chest and waist. I have a fleece vest in small and that runs very big. Because of that I almost bought the xsmall in this vest. Very glad I didn't. Would be great if they had a dual zipper so I could prevent bunching when I'm seated. However, all in all, a really nice vest for the clearance price.”

“I purchased the classic heated vest over 6 years ago, it was the best! Recently that vest stopped heating so I ordered another one. It is very disappointing as it is not the same fit or heat the way it used to. Many people I know purchased this vest years ago as I showed them, now I do not think I will recommend since it's just not the same.”
