“They nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. I ordered this vest because a few other people recommended this company. I had a battery pack at home, so I wanted to see if it would work before ordering one from this company. It was not compatible, so I ordered a battery pack from Ororo. It came but there was no charging cord. I tried all of my many, many cords at home, but none were compatible. I contacted the company, assuming they'd forgotten to include the cord. I was informed that THE CORD WAS TO BE ORDERED SEPARATELY. Unbelievable. I have never ordered ANY item ever that requires charging, which didn't include a WAY TO CHARGE THE ITEM. Also, nowhere on the site was it made clear that the cord would need to be ordered separately from the battery. I will NEVER order from this company and will tell everyone I know to skip it.”

“After 3 years, there should be a way to repair a ballet “ on” button, but there is no ORORO warranty protection for that. Then the vest becomes only another regular item instead of an exceptional heated vest.”
