“This vest is the only heated vest you will ever want to own. The quality is fantastic, heat is well dispersed, and their customer service is superb. I ordered this vest in a medium for my mother-in-law's Christmas gift. However, she wanted a larger size. Customer support was immediately willing to send me a shipping label to return the original vest and then shipped the new size at no cost to me. I worked with Yolanda who was very responsive via email and so very helpful. I will always recommend the Ororo brand!

“I have not purchased for myself but the two that I have they run at least a size small compared to the size they actually wear. XL = a small large XXL = a small XL. Very discouraging especially if purchasing for your girlfriend or mother.”
