“My heated vest arrived with a battery that would not fully charge. I contacted the company, they had me run some tests. It became evident the battery was defective. Yesterday I received the replacement, charged it and it is working properly. I will be toasty warm this winter....as will my friend when I purchase one for her as a gift.”
