“Haven't used it outside yet, but tried it out. It seems like it worked perfectly. Not something I'd take a star away, because the website has great directions. Mine was open box and did not explain how to turn it on. It's super easy to do, but some instruction would have been a bonus. :-)”
“Vest is not true to size around the waist so I ordered another vest at the next size. I was sent the same size. Since it's open box I cannot return or exchange?? I am happy with the quality and can't wait to wear it to the Penn State games!”
