“This vest does not work right. I was going to return it but it says only if you haven't worn it. We'll you dint know if it works if you don't wear it. It's ridiculous you pay so much for it find out it doesn't work and you can't exchange it. Only part of it heats.”

“My wife normally wears a size Large coat. I bought her this heated vest in XL so that she could wear a sweater underneath. I looked it over when this was delivered; it was so tiny that I thought that I must have accidentally selected "XS" instead of "XL". The label inside the heated vest confirmed it was a "XL". Not only does my wife normally wear a size Large coat but has also been losing weight. Christmas morning's mood was terrible when she was BARELY able to zip up a size "XL".”
