“I was extremely excited to receive the vest. It fit as expected. I love how warm it keeps me and the fact it warms quickly. I purchased the open box version and my only complaint is that after a three months of use the pocket zipper has come off track.”

I don’t relax easy but this vest just sitting on the couch instantly relaxes my neck, shoulders and back. And it’s pretty handy for walking my dog in the wet 30-40 degree PNW winter. “First I would like to say the vest is true to size. My mom is 5'4 145lbs and ordered a medium and fits great. Also would like to say that the vest is warm, especially hot on the neck. The problem my mom is having is with the battery! It will not hold charge, 30 minutes tops and yes she charged it fully before use. I contacted ororo support and they did email me back with questions, I responded and haven't heard back. Called the number and no answer. This was a gift for my mom and she loves it but it would be nice if it worked properly. Should last 3 hours on high, not 30 minutes. I think i got a dud battery.”
