“I had contacted customer service to help trouble shoot one of my vests. They make the process of reporting an issue/ contacting them super easy. I provided the requested information and documentation, within 24 hours (not even!) I had full resolution. My replacement vest is not the color I had originally purchased, however it is absolutily stunning and I will be able to wear it to work!
